We believe in the quality of our work and therefore provide a number of methods to obtain support. However, there are some general conditions that you may wish to read before requesting support;
Support for standard mods includes fixing bugs. It does not cover integration of the mods in an clients site. This integration work is covered by our install service
Our support covers our work only when it's not been altered. If a client modifies the code on their site that includes our work this may breach our support agreement
We can only provide support for the code that we worked with on the original project. If a client adds new features that do not work with our code this is considered a new project
There are a number of ways to obtain support. We manage everything via our helpdesk system in order of receipt and severity.
